Talk is cheapest way to promote local business
Many of us has ambition during childhood. I also do have my own ambitions or i can called it was a good dream when i grows up :). I dream to be pilot during my childhood. What a high dream i ever have and this has been heard by my mum and he support me by sending me into SMK Monfort. Then i learn by heard no by smart because i'm not smart boy like others. But now i have reach 25 years old and have starting my own business.
The problem is it is not easy as everyone say. We learn when we are doing(Aristotle 1857). What everyone can do does not means it will be practical to us. This is due to few of circumstances. But i do believes that the first step of success is earn when we have make first movement and then what should we do next is by planning and open our eyes what segment do we want to target.
The most important thing when you start your business is of course money. But here i don't want to telling you where you should find money, here i want to bold the word Patient is the key of succes. Later on you should have move on with few of strategy such as promote your business properly.
There are many ways of methods to promote your business the most cheapest ways is by transferring the information from mouth to mouth (Irfankhairi,2010). But how does it works? it will be work smoothly when every customer that come visit at your stall,showroom or online shop satisfy with the order they make.
Always apologize to customer if we cannot accomplish the order they ask, in my case i would like to give example of my business transfer money to Indonesia. The money should be transfer for about 15minutes, unfortunately it sometimes can be more than that, sometime goes to 1 day which means 24 hours or more. And off course that is not my mistake as i have make the transaction. it was bankers they are holding money due to operation hours and many more excuse.
Always, mention the company name you started in my business is Telco&Post RKH Jaya Enteprise. With this all the customer should remember with whom they are dealing in the future.Lastly but not lease is tell them with the greatest word ever have
